The photos are in .jpg format at maximum resolution.

After payment, you will receive a confirmation email. If you have not received the email, check the 'Spam' or 'Junk Mail' section of your inbox.

You will find your photos by accessing the 'My Account' section and downloading them from 'Purchased Photos'.

The photos are for personal use. Commercial or editorial use is not permitted. If you wish to use them, you can contact us.

The photo pack contains all photos of the same participant at a combined price.

The number of photos will vary for each participant.

To purchase the pack, go to the section of the event in question and search for your bib number. The first product containing the word 'pack' is the pack with all the photos.

This may occur if the bib number is not visible on that photo. Once the pack is purchased, contact us and we will add that photo to your order without any additional cost.

If it is an individual photo, contact us to proceed with correction or refund.

In the case of the photo being part of the pack, only a refund will be processed in the case that the minimum (3) of photos required for its creation will not be reached.
